Business Analyst/Product Owner

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features

Responsibilities

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Translate high-level Epics from the Product Managers (PMs) into detailed, actionable user stories for the Agile teams.
• Ensure each user story has clear acceptance criteria, outlining expected outcomes and success measures.
• Continuously refine and prioritize the team backlogs based on business value and team capacity, ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Agile teams during sprints to clarify user stories, resolve issues, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Lead team backlog refinement sessions, ensuring stories are ready for development and are properly sized and estimated.
• Engage in iteration planning to confirm the team’s commitments and ensure a shared understanding of the work for the sprint.
• Review and validate completed stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Function as a liaison between the Agile teams, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product vision and release goals.
• Continuously gather feedback, using system demos and other methods, from PMs, stakeholders, and users to refine stories and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
• Track team velocity and key metrics, contributing to process improvements and efficient delivery.

Requirements and skills

• At least 2 year of experience working in similar roles focused on requirement breakdown and development coordination, such as Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree that supports both technical and business understanding.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
• Skilled in producing clear, concise requirements for development teams.
• Proven ability to manage tasks, analyze needs, present solutions, and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Having experience working with Scaled Agile Framework
  
• Having experience working directly with client
• Have a proactive, can-do attitude
