Trinity Technology is looking for an experienced IT Business Development professional to expand our market in software development/outsourcing. We need a candidate with strong skills in client acquisition and relationship building, a solid understanding of market needs (for both domestic and overseas market), software development processes, and the ability to provide technology consulting is a plus.
Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients in the market.
- Being responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.
- Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts (including upselling and cross-selling).
- Acting as the point of contact, maintaining good relationships with the customers, understanding customers’ demands, and propose suitable collaboration models.
- Developing account development strategy and planning.
- Coordinating with presales team to provide proposals for new opportunities.
- Work closely with development team to catch-up client's satisfaction.
- Managing and solving conflicts with clients.
- Work directly with BOD to report and strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Business or Computer Science. Having knowledge of the IT sector is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive in the software development service (outsourcing/project base).

Strong understanding of software development models and processes.
- Good problem-solving skill, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
- Being enthusiastic, dedicated, and customer oriented as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills.
- Be proactive in customer relationships.
- Have experience in IT product sale is plus.
- Proficiency in English is plus.
